First two nights (minimum) . . . . . .$1000.00
Each additional night . . . . . . $400.00
One Week (6 nights) . . . . . . . . . . . .$2000.00
This includes 5.5% wisconsin sales tax.
One half of your rental will be due to secure your reservation and the remaining balance will be due at check-in time. There is a 10% Holiday and Peak season surcharge for stays that include rental periods in June/July/August.
Pets are allowed with responsible guests and require written permission from the owners.
There is a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Cleaning
There will be a $50 cleaning fee for parties that do not leave the premises in reasonably clean condition: We request that guests put sheets and towels in the laundry, wash all dishes, and bag garbage and place in the garage canister at the conclusion of their stay.
Check-in time is: 3:00pm
check-out time is: 11:00am
We respectfully request cooperation with our no smoking policy in the house.
